Based on the alleged negotiation to purchase a property from respondents, the petitioner filed a dispute being Cooperative Dispute No. 67 of 1986 before the Cooperative Court, Sangli, dismissal of which is confirmed in appeal. Apart from the fact that there are concurrent findings, the Cooperative Courts and also Appellate Court has examined the merits of the matter and on merit
2 23.7586.15 wp.doc held that Dispute lacks merit and dismissed the same. With the assistant of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I have perused the findings recorded. I hardly noticed any illegality which warrants interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court.
Once it is inferred that their was no offer and acceptance, the question of a concluded contract in favour of petitioner cannot be inferred. As such, the petition stands dismissed. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
