During argument learned APP submitted that vide order dated 6/6/2019 the petitioner has been placed in category 1(d) as per Government order dated 11/5/1992 and in category 2(c) as per Government order dated 15/3/2010. Both these categories require the petitioner to suffer imprisonment of 26 years. 2.

Copy of order dated 6/6/2019 passed by the State Government is taken on record and marked Exhibit "A". This Copy is also supplied to learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioner. 3.

The grievance therefore has become infructuous. 4.
