Petitioner seeks categorization. Learned APP during arguments states that vide order dated 12/7/2019 the prisoner has been placed in 26 years category.

Copy of order produced by learned APP is taken on record and marked Exhibit 'A'. This copy is given to learned counsel (appointed) for the Petitioner. Copy shows that as per Government order dated 11/5/1992 he has been placed in category 5(a) and as per government order dated 15/3/2019 his placement is in category 4(e). Both these categories require him to undergo 26 years.
