Admittedly, the Appellant/original Defendant no.6 has sold his share in the suit property in favour of Respondent Nos.1 and 2/original Defendant Nos.1 and 2 much prior to filing of Regular Civil Suit No.90 of 2004 before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Atpadi, Dist. Sangli. It is further admitted fact on record that, the Appellant has no right, title or interest in the suit property, as he has already sold it to Respondent Nos.1 and 2/original Defendant Nos.1 and 2. The original Defendant Nos.1 and 2 have not impugned Judgment and Decree dated 16th December 2013 passed by the Appellate Court in R.C.A. No.15 of 2008. 2.

After perusing entire record, this Court finds that, no substantial question of law is involved in the present Appeal. Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
