This is an application for condoning the delay of 46 days in filing the application and recalling the order dated 03.03.2014 qua respondent No.26.

Mr. Khandeparkar submits that after marriage of respondent No.26, she has shifted to her matrimonial home. He assures that after Petition is restored qua respondent No.26, he will furnish address in the Registry within 2 weeks.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (c) and (d) with no order as to costs.
