Praecipe is moved for speaking to minutes regarding corrections of the dates and Reference IDA number in the chart incorporated in the order dated 30th March, 2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that corrections, as mentioned in the praecipe, are required to be carried out. The same is not in consonance with the chart tendered by the petitioners.

The learned AGP so also the learned counsel for respondent nos.8 to 10 accepts the same.

Order dated 30th March, 2023 be read along with the following corrections: - (a) In para 2 in the Chart, Sr. No.10 - Namdeo Kisan Kale - reinstatement date be read as "07.09.1998" instead of "04.07.1998".

(b) In para 2 in the Chart, Sr. No.24 - Mahadeo Bhimrao Chaure - Reference IDA number be read as "49/93" instead of "46/93".

(c) In para 2 in the Chart, Sr. No.26 - Pralahad Nivrutti Shinde - date of retirement be read as "31.05.2013" instead of "31.10.2016".

(d) In para 2 in the Chart Sr. No.27 - Ramesh Gajanan Karanjkar - date of retirement be read as "31.10.2016" instead of "30.06.2019".

(e) In para 2 in the Chart Sr. No. 32 - Bhaskar Raghunath Gore - date of retirement be read as "31.05.2012" instead of "31.06.2012".
