Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

On 12/7/2018 this Court had permitted the applicant to surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 23rd July, 2018. Since the Court was on medical leave, the order could not be uploaded till 18/7/2018. The order was uploaded only on 18/7/2018. It appears that the learned Counsel for the applicant had not noticed the order till 23/7/2018 and therefore, extension of time is sought to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. In view of this, time to surrender before the concerned Magistrate is extended till 30/7/2017. The applicant stands protected till 5 p.m. of 30/7/2018.
