The Applicant thereafter moved praecipe dated 13th December 2021 for Speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 30th August 2021 and had 1/2

It appears that, erroneously Order dated 14th December 2021 was passed by this Court, thereby allowing the said Application. In view thereof, Order dated 14th December 2021 is recalled and deleted from the record.

Applicant is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in prayer Clause (a) in pursuance of praecipe dated 13th December 2021. 6.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed off.
