The Applicant had earlier filed Criminal Bail Application No.1061/19 before this Court, which was disposed of by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 24/02/2021. At that time, directions were issued to the trial Court to conclude trial within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Today, the learned counsel for the Applicant makes statement that trial is not yet concluded. Learned APP submits Nesarikar

2 / 2 38-BA-1068-20.odt that because of Covid-19 Pandemic, trial could not be completed. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that he is not pressing the present application and seeks permission to withdraw it unconditionally. But he is requesting that similar directions be issued to the trial court for concluding trial within three months from today. Request is reasonable in view of the earlier order dated 24/02/2021.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from today.

(iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
