By this Application the Applicant is seeking transfer of the FIR No. 554 of 2021 dated 4th June, 2021 registered with Karmala Police Station, FIR No. 664 of 2021 dated 12th July, 2021 registered with Karmala Police Station and FIR No. 483 of 2021 dated 24th September, 2021 registered with Barshi City Police Station pending before the Barshi Sessions Court to District and Sessions Court Latur.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the Applicant 1/3

that the Applicant is labour and stays at Latur. The applicant's grand daughter is victim. The above criminal cases are registered against the accused. The Applicant is finding difficulty to attend the Court dates at Barshi and requested to allow the Application.

It is the contention of learned APP that in the FIR No. 554 of 2021, 14 witnesses have been examined and the matter is at fag end. In FIR No. 664 of 2021, three witnesses have been examined and FIR No.483 of 2021 is for framing of charge. There is progress in the trial. Witnesses in these matters are from Karmala area and it is not feasible to transfer these matters to District and Sessions Court Latur. 4.

I have heard all the learned counsel. Perused the record. 5.

The Applicant is seeking transfer of the three matters pending at Barshi Sessions Court to District and Sessions Court Latur. There is progress in the trial. Some witnesses have been examined in these matters. Hence, at mid trial, these matters cannot be transfer as prayed and I pass the following order:

Application is dismissed and disposed off.

Learned counsel for the Applicant requested to keep all these three matters on same day.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the trial Court is requested to keep all these three matter on same day so it would be convenient for the applicant to attend these matter on one day.

Applicant to file the Application before the concern Court accordingly.
