Heard rival arguments on the application for bail. The applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354D of IPC. He is also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 506 of IPC. On first count he is sentenced to suffer RI for one year and on other two counts, he was sentenced to suffer RI for six months each. Respective fine amounts were imposed. Reportedly, all the fine amounts are already paid. During the trial the applicant was on bail. He is also now on bail during filing of the appeal. 2.
Considering the allegations against the applicant / accused and considering that the appeal may take longer time 1 / 2
26.i.APPA.686-15.doc for final disposal, the present application can be allowed. Accordingly application for bail is allowed. The applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the trial Court. Application is disposed of accordingly.
