This is an application for quashing and setting aside order dated 07/05/2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Malshiras, in Criminal Case No.1379 of 2007. MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant does not have instructions about the same. However, considering the submissions made by learned APP and the printout of case status, there is no point in keeping this application pending, as the application has become infructuous. In case there is any difficulty or dispute about such case status, the Applicant is at liberty to approach this Court again. With these observations, the application is disposed of.
