By this Civil Application, the applicant / insurance Company seeks stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgement and award 1 / 2

caf.3987.2015+_906.doc dated 3.2.2015 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees' Compensation, Sangli in WC No.2/B-1 of 2012. The learned Counsel for the applicant/insurance company submits that the insurance company has already deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon and hence, prays for stay to the impugned judgment and award. 4.
