This is an application for relaxation of condition of attending the police station stipulated in order dated 11th November, 2014 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2005 of 2014. 2.

The applicant was granted bail and as a condition he was directed to attend the local police Station in the said area on every Monday between 11.00 am. to 1.00 until further order. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has complied condition of reporting the police Station. Applicant is 70 year old person. He is attending trial Court regularly on the date of hearing of the case. Hence, the condition to attend the local police

The applicant was granted bail in connection with C.R. No. 131 of 2014 registered with Vaduj Police Station, Dist. Satara on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 1 Lakh with one or two sureties to make up like amount. The applicant was directed to attend the local police Station once in a week. Considering the age of the applicant and the fact that he has complied the condition of reporting, the said condition can be relaxed.

O R D E R

i) Order dated 11th November, 2014 is modified and the condition to report local Police Station on every Monday stands relaxed.

ii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
