This application is for seeking stay of the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and decree. The second appeal is already admitted.

In the event the decree is not stayed, the same will cause prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellant Hence, during the pendency of the Second Appeal, there will be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the appellant not creating any third party interest in respect of the suit property. 3.

Civil Application is allowed in above terms.
