The Mutation Entry dated 12th October 2015 has been effected by the Tahsildar, Hatkalangale, Kolhapur, in terms of Clause 2 of the order of the State Government dated 9th September 2014. Thus, there is a substantial compliance made by the Tahsildar in terms of the Clause (ii) of Paragraph 4 of the order dated 12th January 2015. The time granted to comply with the directions contained in Paragraph (iii) of the Paragraph 4 of the said order dated 12th January 2015 has not yet been expired.

ash cp-318.15 Though belatedly, the Tahsildar has made compliance. Hence, it cannot be said to be a case of willful breach or disobedience of the order of this Court. Accordingly, the notice issued to the third Respondent is discharged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
