Mr. Rahul Mehta, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is challenging the judgment and award dated 6 January 2014 passed by M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C. Application No.307 of 2012. He submits that during the pendency of the present First Appeal, he received instructions from his client to withdraw the First Appeal as well as the Civil Applications. To that efect, he has given writing. The same is accepted, taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identifcation.
