This is an application filed for condonation of delay in filing of the First Appeal (St.) No.16021 of 2016, against the order dated 6 February 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal ("MACT" for short). Notice Issued to Respondents. 2.

In light of the reasons set out therein, a case is made out by the Applicant to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the said Appeal, making out a sufficient case for condonation of such delay, which will cause no prejudice to the Respondents.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

First Appeal is restored to the file of this Court. 6.
