Mr. Mohite, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly submitted that the Petitioner can avail certain other efficacious remedies for redressal of his grievance and the Petitioner be permitted to avail those remedies with withdrawal of present writ petition. In view of the statement, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Petitioner is at liberty to avail alternate and efficacious remedy for redressal of his grievance including in the nature of lodging the protest petition before the competent trial Court. Writ petition is disposed of.
