By the impugned order, the Appellate Court has granted injunction against the petitioners restraining them from disturbing possession of respondent Nos.10 and 11 over the suit property. The injunction is in force from 19th December 2015. Hence, no, interference is called for.

However, the contentions raised by the petitioners in the present petition are kept open to be agitated before the Appellate Court at the time of final disposal of the appeal. Considering the pendency of the appeal, the Appellate Court has directed to hear and decide the appeal within six months from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
