The Registry has listed this matter for extension of time to dispose off R.C.C No.621 of 2017.

Vide order dated 13th September 2021 passed in Bail Application No.1457 of 2019 this Court directed the Trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in R.C.C No.621 of 2017 and in any event within a period of two years from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The order was communicated to the Trial Court vide official Writ dated 5th October 2021.

Now the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur in whose court the matter is pending, has sent request letter to extend the time by two years to conclude the trial. His request is verified by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Solapur.
