Heard. This Application is for stay of the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11/10/2012 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Sangli in W.C.No.46/B­ 13/2011 holding that the Respondent­claimant are entitled to compensation of Rs.8,68,560/­ with 12% p.a. interest.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits they have already deposited the entire decretal amount in the Tribunal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11/10/2012 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Sangli in W.C.No.46/B­13/2011 is stayed till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
