Dated : 3 rd July, 2015 This misc. civil application seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.183 of 2012 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur. The application is filed by the husband. The applicant­husband has filed Hindu Marriage Petition No.109 of 2012, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji. Hence, looking to the convenience of both the parties, these petitions are transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, where the same shall be heard together.

The learned counsel for the applicant­husband submits that the applicant­husband undertakes to reimburse to and fro charges to be incurred by the non­applicant/wife for her travel from Barshi to Pandharpur along with the expenses of one escort. The payment shall be made immediately on the date of attending the proceedings. The learned Presiding Officer of the Court shall ensure that such payment is made upon production of the receipts.
