After the judgment was pronounced, learned counsel for the appellant seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the IRESH MASHAL partition decree.

Since the decree is for partition and separate possession, proceedings for division of property can proceed. However, there will be stay to the actual handing over of physical possession pursuant to the impugned decree for a period of 8 weeks.
