The applicant seeks protection in an offence, which is registered under Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In view of the provisions contained in the said enactment, anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and what is to be instituted is an Appeal.
