1] By letter, the prisoner points out an incident dated 18th May 2014 and claims that a criminal ofence should be registered because of the said complaint. The prisoner has been sentenced to imprisonment for life and other punishments on 5th December 2013.

2] If any, ofence has taken place when he was in jail, the Jailor should have looked into the matter.
