In this matter, a praecipe is moved by way of speaking to the minutes of the order dated February 7, 2023. In the said order, the sentence in paragraph 3 'So far as the trial against accused no.1 is concerned, the same proceeded and the accused no.1 has been convicted' be deleted. So also, the sentence in paragraph 4 'Since the co-accused has been convicted and the applicant had absconded for a considerable length of time, I am not inclined to consider the bail application of the applicant at this juncture' be deleted.

The order stands corrected accordingly.
