By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seeking direction against the respondent nos.3 & 4 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 24th June 2021 (Exhibit- 'E' at page 29 of the petition) for considering the date of seniority of the petitioners as per Rule 6(8)(2) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Recruitment) Rules and as per Government Resolution dated 28th January 2019.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4 does not dispute that the representation made by the petitioners is pending for

In view thereof, the respondent nos.3 & 4 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 24th June 2021 (Exhibit-'E' at page 29 of the petition) within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent nos.3 & 4 shall communicate decision to the petitioners within one week from the date of decision. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. R. I. CHAGLA J.
