Patil, learned AGP has placed on record copy of the notification issued on 14th March, 2022, whereby in exercise of powers under Sections 52, 53 and 54 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Government has appointed Shri. Shripad Dattatray Tekale, Principal District Judge, Auragabad as Presiding officer. 2.

In view of above, nothing survives in the petition. The petition as such stands disposed of.

The said Tribunal is required to be sensitive to the order dated 25th February, 2022 passed by this Court while dealing with the claim of the applicants.
