In Regular Civil Suit No. 83 of 2009, filed before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sawantwadi, applicant moved an application under Section 9A of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, below Exhibit 80, raising an objection to jurisdiction of Civil Court. The application came to be rejected vide order dated 21st February 2018. Present civil revision application takes exception to aforesaid order. 2.

Record indicates that Regular Civil Suit No. 83 of 2009 has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 4th January 2019. Thereafter, no steps have been taken for restoration of suit. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in present civil revision application. The civil revision application stands disposed of as infructuous.
