Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the application dated 3rd March 2021 made by the petitioner to the Respondent No.3. He submitted that directions be issued to the said respondent to decide that application in a time-bound manner. After hearing the parties and considering the submissions, we direct the Respondent No.3 to decide that application within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
