After this petition was heard for some time, Mr.Kumbhakoni, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition to approach the learned trial Judge with a fresh application in view of the subsequent development and to seek appropriate orders. 2.

Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
