The grievance of the petitioner is that the caste validity claim of the petitioner is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee for the caste validity certificate. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's caste validity claim is pending before the second respondent since 2006, we dispose of the petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to consider and decide the caste validity claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible,

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
