Since an alternate efficacious remedy under Section 129 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 is available to the Petitioner to recover the property tax from the Respondent Nos. 4 to 5, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.

However, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings under Section 129 of the Act.

3.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
