The issue involved in the present Writ Petition is in respect of the interpretation of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as observed by the Co-ordinate Bench (Coram : K.K. Tated & B.P. Colabawalla, JJ.) on 7th March 2018 in order passed in the present proceeding. The said issue of law now stand answered by the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in the case of Indore Development Authority V/s. Manoharlal & Ors. Etc.1, 1 (2020) 8 SCC 129 N.S. Considering the aforesaid development during the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Petition.
