Contempt is alleged is of the order dated 20th July 2023 by which the State Government was directed to decide the review application within a period of three months from the date scheduled for the appearance of parties, which was 7th August 2023. As there was non compliance, present petition came to be filed. 2.

Learned AGP tenders a copy of the order dated 7th June 2024 passed by the State Government deciding the review application. In view of the order passed in review application which amounts to compliance of the order dated 20th July 2023, although belatedly, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly does not press the contempt petition.
