Undertaking recorded in the consent terms if any, are accepted. Second appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of second appeal civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. 3.

In view of the consent terms, office is directed to draw the decree in terms of the consent terms.
