This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.1(a) on record and to condone the delay in filing the present application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 has no objection to condone the delay. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and the no objection of the learned counsel for respondent No.1, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (d). 3.

Leave to amend so as to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1(a) on record. Amendment be carried out in the Second Appeal within a period of two weeks from today with an advance amended copy to be provided on the other side.
