The applicants have moved this application to stay the effect Execution/Operation and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 06/03/2014 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg in L.A.R.No.10 of 2006. 3.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, they are permitted to deposit the decretal amount within a period of 12 weeks from today. Upon deposit of the decretal amount, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Application.
