Mr. Pandian, appears for the Respondent. Mr. Pandian submitted that there are no sufficient reasons given in the Civil Application.

The Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 67 days in filing the First Appeal. The First Appeal is filed challenging the order of Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai by which, the compensation of Rs.80,000/- was awarded when the claim is of Rs.4,00,000/-. 4.

The reason given in the application for delay in filing the First Appeal is that Applicant is poor and handicap person and delay was caused as time was required for making arrangement of funds for filing above First Appeal.
