Heard Mr. P.B.Gujar, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms M.S.Bane, learned A.G.P for respondent no.12.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.11(a)-Maruti Mahadu Kakade.

Respondent no. 11(a) died leaving behind respondents no.11(a-1) to 11(a-4). Mr.

Karan Thorat states that he has instructions to accept and waive service on behalf of legal representatives of

2 / 2 caw/2153/2015 respondent no.11(a). He assures that within one week from today he will file appearance on their behalf.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning delay of 96 days in filing the application. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a), (b), (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main petition shall be carried out within one week from today.

List the Petition for admission after two weeks.
