At the inception, the learned APP has submitted that already ten witnesses have been examined by the trial Court and very few are remained.

The applicant's learned Counsel submitted that the applicant is in jail since 14th November, 2017. She seeks permission for withdrawal with liberty to fle fresh, if trial is not concluded within four months from today. In view of above, the application stands disposed since withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is clarifed that this Court has not considered the applicant's entitlement for bail on merit.
