In view of directions given by the Hon'ble Court, I have verified the letter dated 01/06/2023 filed by Advocate Shri. Umesh H. Pawar for Petitioner and the letter dated 01/06/2023 filed by Advocate Shri Utkarsh Desai for Complainant as well as report of Section Officer and Deputy Registrar (Cri. B Branch) and the receipt of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) each made by the Petitioner and Complainant with Central Police Welfare Fund. I am satisfied that the Petitioner and Complainant has made due compliance of the directions of the Hon'ble Court. In turn, matter be closed and office to take note to that effect accordingly in the C.I.S. System.
