By this Petition, the Petitioner being a Devasthan Trust is aggrieved by an order of interim stay dated 8th October, 2020 passed by the Revenue Minister in the Revision preferred by the Respondent-private parties, who were the tranferees divested of their rights pursuant to an order of the S.D.O. restoring the properties in question to the Devasthan and cancelling the connected mutation entries.

Since the Revision is pending before the Minister, learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Petition. Leave is granted. Mugdha

The Writ Petition stand disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The Minister to decide the Revision Application, being RTS-29A 20/Pra. Kra. 235/J-4A, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today.
