Learned A.P.P submits that the charge-sheet has been filed as against the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 do not dispute the same. By the aforesaid appeal, the appellant/original complainant is seeking cancellation of the pre-arrest bail granted to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
