We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as the Petitioner being female/women candidate has challenged the appointment of male candidate, though, as stated, advertisement was for the women candidate. After appointment, the 1/2

dgm 2 48-wp-5622-2011.sxw representation is made in the month of February 2011 to the Respondents and the same is pending. Therefore, by keeping all points open, at this stage, the concerned Respondents to decide the representation in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within four months, if not already decided. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty by keeping all points open.

Rule is disposed of accordingly.

No costs.
