Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 28th August, 2015, the C.R. No.was wrongly typed as 136 of 2014 instead of 138 of 2014. Hence, a praecipe was moved on 10th September, 2015 for speaking to the minutes of the said order and the order was passed, thereby directing to correct the C.R.No. However, in the order dated 10th September, 2015,

again the C.R.No. is wrongly typed as 137 of 2014 instead of 138 of 2014.

Accordingly, the order dated 28th August, 2015 be corrected as follows:

(a) In the 6th line of Para 2 and the 6th line of para 7(i), the C.R.No. 136 of 2014 be substituted with C.R.No.138 of 2014.

The above correction be carried out in the original order dated 28.08.2015 as well as in the order uploaded on the server.

Rest of the order dated 28.08.2015 to remain as it is.

6.

The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order is disposed of.

Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
