Civil Application has been preferred seeking stay of the Judgment and Award passed in L.A.R. No. 29 of 1993. From the record it appears that the interim stay was granted subject to Appellant depositing the entire decretal amount within eight weeks failing which the stay to be automatically vacated.

Learned AGP submits that the amount must have been deposited as the proceedings are of the year 1997 and the Civil Application does not survive for consideration. 3.
