The petitioner-original plaintiff, in a suit for injunction restraining defendants from disturbing the plaintiff's possession over the suit property, is challenging order passed by the Appellate Court rejecting application for temporary injunction granted by the Trial Court in favour of the petitioner.

The impugned order is dated 3 May 2017. Since 2017 no interim relief is running in favour of the petitioner. Hence, by keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.
