A Praecipe has been placed before this Court for speaking to the minutes of the order dtd. 7Th December 2018. On first page, in the cause title, the name of appellant Gangadhar be read as "Gandadhar". On page 15, paragraph 15 last sentence be read as : "It is not known as to why there is no mention about the child accompanying the accused persons and to whom the child belonged, as the accused no. 4 Savita happens to be the wife of the accused no. 2 Pratap and accused no. 1 Gandadhar and 3 Santoshi are independent persons".
The order to stand corrected accordingly.
